Thought you might appreciate this...

I'm in a ten-team fantasy league with people from work--and despite having the 8th overall draft pick, I ended up with Deuce McAllister. How did that happen, you ask? Well, the fourth pick was Peyton Manning (!), the fifth was Chad Johnson (!! by a Cincy homer), and the seventh was Portis (!-not a terrible pick, but mark my words, McAllister will have a bigger season than Portis).

I took Holt with the 12th overall pick because the league favors receivers and Harrison/Moss were gone...but then snagged Kevan Barlow at 28, D. Jackson at 32, Curtis Martin at 48, Chris Brown at 52, and Kellen Winslow at 68....now if only I had a QB.
